A werewolf head casting made for Frank Lupo’s 1987 horror series Werewolf. Launched in 1987 as part of Fox Network’s inaugural broadcast lineup, the show followed college student Eric Cord (John J. York) as he attempts to rid himself of his curse by killing the originator of his bloodline, Janos Skorzeny (Chuck Conners). This head was made as a reference piece during production as a means of visualizing the werewolf design in 3D. The biscuit foam casting resembles a wolf head with its eyes close, and features a wrinkled, snarling snout. The mouth contains additional foam material from when it was originally cast, and does not feature ears. The head shows minor wear due to production use, but remains in fine condition. Dimensions: 8" x 8" x10" (20 cm x 20 cm x 25 cm)
