A silicone face mask from the 2015 comedy The Wedding Ringer. Mere weeks before his wedding, Doug Harris (Josh Gad) hires a man to pretend to be his best man for the occasion.
In the film, Doug's soon-to-be father-in-law challenges him and his hired groomsmen to a game of football. To accomplish the scene, stunt actors wore masks like this to depict a tough game of football played by older men. The mask is made of silicone and is finished in a flesh tone with freckle and wrinkle detailing made throughout. Silver grey hair is hand-punched into the scalp as well as eyebrows. This particular mask was created off of a life cast to double professional football player John "The Diesel" Riggins.
The mask rests on a solid foam bust and shows minor signs of wear and remains in very good overall condition.
