Cowboy's (Tom McKitterick) screen-matched Warriors vest from Walter Hill's The Warriors. Cowboy, and other Warrior street gang members wore vests throughout the film as they meandered through the Bronx back to their home turf on Coney Island, dodging other street gangs who accused them of assassinating a fellow gang leader. Cowboy's vest screen-matches to various points in the film based on the stains on the right inside vest lining, the crease in the leather above the top button, the imperfect pattern and stitching, and exposed under-trim along the front left hem down the chest.

During the film's release, The Warriors was seen as too violent and too realistic; however, over the years, the film has become a classic cult film with an 88 percent audience approval rating, being placed as the 16th greatest cult film in Entertainment Weekly's "Top 50 Greatest Cult Films" list during 2003, and later 14th for their "25 Most Controversial Movies Ever" in 2008.

This brown leatherette East Gate vest (Size S) originated from a former Paramount Pictures employee. It is marked "COWBOY" with a black geometric-patterned trim and five buttons on the front. The back of the vest features the "WARRIORS" gang patch and the skull with wings logo patch. This vest exhibits white speckling throughout the exterior and minor flaking to the leatherette.
