A Pair of Dwergi Boots from the 2004 Stephen Sommers monster adventure, Van Helsing. In the film, the famous monster slayer, Van Helsing (Hugh Jackman), is sent to Transylvania to stop Dracula (Richard Roxburgh) from using Dr. Frankenstein’s (Samuel West) research for a nefarious plan. The dwergi characters are the minions of Dracula that assist Igor (Kevin J. O’Connor) with Dracula’s maniacal experiment. Boots of this style can be seen worn by the tiny minions throughout the film and are made from leather with a flat rubber sole. The exterior of the shoes have been dressed in a fabric netting, a material that was used extensively in their attire.
Please note that these boots were custom made and do not feature any sizing tags, however they remain in good condition.
