A Visitor uniform from the 1983 classic science fiction series V. In the series, Earth encounters seemingly peaceful alien Visitors, whom actually hold more sinister ulterior motives than initially thought.
Jumpsuits were worn by the alien race known as the visitors, and are seen throughout the two episodes. Made of an orange cotton, the jumpsuit features a long zip fastening down the front and has six pockets on the front. A brighter orange cotton vest has been applied over the top of the jumpsuit which has two belt loops and features the original visitor insignia’s all embroidered in black. One patch is located on the upper left side and two small patches located on both sides of the collar. Additionally, the costume includes a thick black belt with snap closure and one fabric gauntlet, which is lined with a black satin fabric and a Velcro closure. The jumpsuit features slight UV fading at the down the arms and knees from storage, but remains in very good condition and is marked as a size 42 RG.
