Diana’s (Jane Badler) Visitor jumpsuit from the classic science fiction series V. This jumpsuit was produced to be worn in the V mini series (1983), V: The Final Batle (1984), and the first episode of the V television series (1984 - 1985). Diana wears her rust colored jumpsuit as Chief Science Officer of the Visitors.
Made from a rusty orange colored fabric, this jumpsuit is paired with a vest that features custom made embroidered patches on the collar and chest. Three black stripes adorn the shoulder and cuffs, completing the look of this classic outfit. Additionally, the vest has a patch sewn on its lower front which served as a spot for a squib -- a term applied to small explosives which produce bullet hole effects. Both the vest and the jumpsuit are labeled internally with ‘Diana’ in marker.
This jumpsuit shows some wear from age and use, including snags on the vest, but remains in overall excellent condition.
