Selene's (Kate Beckinsale) catsuit from Len Wiseman's fantasy-horror sequel Underworld: Evolution. Selene wore a catsuit as part of her signature costume throughout the movie, as she fought against the Lycans, the race she believed responsible for killing her family.

Custom-made for the production, the skintight garment is made from black PVC-coated spandex, with two buckle clips adhered at the collar, elasticated stirrups, and a zip fastening running down the front. The inside of the catsuit is labelled "Kate" in silver-coloured ink and there are intentional holes present on the left leg and right wrist. The costume exhibits minor wear from production use, with some loose stitching on the chest and arms.
