A Daxus (Nick Chinlund) guard costume from Kurt Wimmer 2006 action crime film Ultraviolet.

A hæmophage infected with a virus that gives her superhuman powers has to protect a boy in a futuristic world, who is thought to be carrying antigens that would destroy all of her kind.

Guards can be seen when Violet (Milla Jovovich) and Six (Cameron Bright) drive to the Arch Ministry to confront Daxus; these guards can be seen surrounding Daxus as he speaks to Violet’s projected image. The uniform consists of a helmet and gas mask with yellow ‘radioactive’ sign on the front, nylon biker trousers and an Air-Tex style padded jacket with a ‘lightning’ patch on the shoulder.

The costume has some wear from production use and age, but overall remains in a very good condition.
