National Severe Storm Laboratory signage and photos from Jan de Bont's Twister. The N.S.S.L. hung various signage in their offices where they tracked large scale tornadoes with their G.O.E.S. 8 weather satellite, including a Tornado Research Institute sign.

This lot consists of four metal picture frames of lightning storms, each hand-marked on the backing in graphite as "No C Boswell," "Yes," "$400.00 #3660439 No Chuck Doswell R" along with an address, and "No Chuck Boswell"; one black foam core and vinyl Tornado Research Institute TRI sign with a wooden spacer on the back; one black foam core and vinyl Severe Weather Outbreak Administration sign with foam mounting stickers on the backing; one black foam core and vinyl Oklahoma Severe Storms Association OSSA sign with wooden spacer on the back; and one black foam core and vinyl T.H.O.R. sign with a wooden spacer on the backing. This lot exhibits scuffing to the metal frames, as well as mounting holes, grime and scuffing, and glue residue on the signs. The OSSA sign also exhibits a nail protruding from the spacer. Dimensions: (largest) 16" x 20.5" x 1.5" (40.75 cm x 52 cm x 4 cm)
