Stunt Wooden Practice Sword

A stunt ‘wooden’ practice sword from the production of Wolfgang Petersen’s 2004 historical epic Troy.

This sword and others like it were made for the production and, although these are not obviously seen on screen, Achilles (Brad Pitt) and Patroclus (Garrett Hedlund) used similar wooden weapons to practice their sword fighting. Made of hard rubber with a metal armature, the simple sword weapon has a wood effect finish to give it the appearance of a training weapon.

Well-used on the production, the sword has scuffing and scratches, but overall remains in excellent condition.

Materials: Rubber, Ferrous Metals.
