A Thunderbird 3 panel from Jonathan Frakes' sci-fi adventure Thunderbirds.

This console was made to make up the control panels seen in the cockpit of Thunderbird 3. The main body is made from white and grey rigid plastic with silver-tone metal and red resin rims set around the display screen windows. The front features multiple holes where the screws would have mounted the panel on set and an array of 2D paper graphics and dials glued behind clear acrylic windows. Eight dials and eight switches are located at the bottom under the labels ‘Mode 1’ and Mode 2’. The dials are fixed in place, but the switches can be flipped and linked to several wires on the reverse. The three main display screens are missing.

Displaying significant wear from use and time spent in storage, including scratches, missing parts and glue and tape remnants, this dashboard console remains in overall fair condition.
