A miniature Sir Topham Hatt from the children's television show Thomas & Friends. Sir Topham Hatt, aka The Fat Controller, was the controller of the North Western Railway on Sodor. He often appeared in his black controller's jacket and top hat, but in some episodes, such as Series 5's "Toby's Discovery", he wore a more relaxed set of clothes while off-duty.

The model is made of lead and is hand-painted. The arms and head are removable, and the head, as interchangeable, is from a different model miniature, as it features his black top hat. The model has some minor paint wear. Dimensions: 1.5 cm x 3 cm x 6cm (0.5" x 1.25" x 2.25")
