A script supervisor's original annotated script from Terrence Malick's The Thin Red Line. A group of soldiers in C Company during World War II traveled to Guadalcanal Island to seize Henderson Field from the Japanese.

Based on the 1962 novel of the same name by James Jones, this script is a second draft screenplay dated October 3, 1996. The script features 197 pages of handwritten annotations in graphite and red ink. These scene and dialogue annotations were used by editorial to match what was shot during production. This script exhibits minor folded edges and grime to the exterior pages. Dimensions: 8.5" x 11" x 1" (21.75 cm x 28 cm x 2.75 cm)
