Andy Dufresne's (Tim Robbins) screen-matched costume from Frank Darabont's prison drama The Shawshank Redemption. Dufresne wore his costume, the facility's standard prison uniform, while incarcerated at Shawshank State Prison. This costume screen-matches to several scenes.

This lot consists of a blue and white striped long-sleeve, button-up cotton shirt marked "Andy 3" with black buttons, a "W.C.C." (Western Costume Company) stamp, a patch above the left breast pocket stenciled with the number "37927," and a paper tag labeled "17 36 #54"; and blue denim trousers hand-marked "Andy DBL" on the inside with a Western Costume Co. stamp. In addition to production-applied aging, the costume exhibits some yellowing, staining, and pulled threads.
