Ellis Boyd "Red" Redding's (Morgan Freeman) parole decision notice from Frank Darabont's The Shawshank Redemption. After serving over 40 years at Shawshank Prison, Red was granted parole after his honest statement of not knowing what it truly meant to be rehabilitated and admitting his regret for his actions.

This lot consists of an unstamped, black-and-white printed parole notice form dated May 30, 1967 featuring an adhered colour image of young Red with his inmate number. This lot exhibits minor discolouration around the edges. Dimensions: 21.75 cm x 28 cm (8.5" x 11")
