A final draft script from Frank Darabont's prison drama The Shawshank Redemption. Sentenced to life in Shawshank State Penitentiary, Andy Dufresne (Robbins) develops a bond with a fellow inmate (Morgan Freeman) and laundered money for the corrupt warden (Bob Gunton).
Written by Frank Darabont, the script is titled with the film's original title and title of Stephen King's novella, "Rita Hayworth & Shawshank Redemption." Dated February 22, 1993, the script is comprised of four revisions spanning from May to July 1993. The script also includes a oneline schedule and script scene continuity list.
The script is bound by two brass brads, the script shows some wear from production use and age, but it remains in very good overall condition.
