Neville Sinclair's (Timothy Dalton) framed print of Erich Heckel's "Portrait of a Man" from the production of Joe Johnston's The Rocketeer. Jenny Blake (Jennifer Connelly) discovered that Sinclair was a Nazi agent moments after walking past his copy of Heckel's self-portrait, also known as "Mannerbildnis." A pioneering expressionist artist in postwar Germany, Heckel's paintings were largely destroyed by Nazis, making this notable choice of artwork particularly telling of Sinclair's manipulative motivations.

This full-color canvas print was acquired for the production by set decorator Leslie Warren but ultimately unseen in the final cut. It originated directly from Disney and comes mounted with a custom slatted wood frame hand-marked "Leslie Warren '91" and "HPR Pl. 1886" on the reverse. The canvas exhibits fraying and tearing along its edges. Dimensions: 40" x 64" x 3" (101.75 cm x 162.75 cm x 7.75 cm)
