Stanley Goodspeed's (Nicolas Cage) baby doll bomb from Michael Bay's The Rock. In the opening sequence, Dr. Goodspeed diffused a chemical bomb concealed inside the chest of a baby doll.

The Rock grossed $25 million in its opening weekend, beating Mission: Impossible for the No. 1 spot. It was nominated for the Academy Award® for Best Sound and stars Cage and Connery won the MTV Movie Award® for Best On-Screen Duo. The Rock is Spine #108 in the Criterion Collection, one of only two Michael Bay films to make it into the celebrated cinema collection so far.

This lot consists of a rubber baby doll with a blue striped shirt and blue pants, with the shirt cut open to reveal a "bomb" made of one large and eight small glass vials filled with miscellaneous liquids and powders, inserted with false electrodes through their caps, screwed through the caps onto a metal plate, wrapped with black, red, and white wiring capped with bronze tips, and attached to a battery bundle and timer display. A ribbon cable is hand-marked "#-1." The rubber parts of the baby exhibit some small black stains, while the chest cavity containing the "bomb" exhibits extensive staining with leaking batteries rendering the device non-functional.
