A crew jacket with call sheets and production paperwork from Barry Levinson's sports drama The Natural. The letterman-style jacket (hand-marked size 2XL) features a navy blue wool shell with contrasting tan leather sleeves with two front pockets; a blue and orange New York Knights logo embroidered and sewn to the left breast; "The Natural" embroidered in orange and white on the reverse; a snap-button closure; and wrist, waist, and neck stretch bands.

The paperwork is divided between a green paper folder and a white legal-size envelope. The folder includes 20 call sheets; a 17-page De Forest Research report on the original novel; a 4-page photocopy of wardrobe notes; a photocopy of New York Knights' emblem embroidery instructions; a photocopied magazine article page; and a black-and-white photo of a young boy. The envelope includes a production budget hand-printed in blue with four lined yellow pages itemizing the expenditures in pencil and stapled with a white accounting receipt. The jacket exhibits minor discoloration and scuffs, while the ephemera exhibits staining, edge wear, crinkling, discoloration, and creasing from wear and age.
