A German soldier's Gottlieb Hammesfahr trench knife and sheath from Matthew Vaughn's The King's Man. German soldiers wielded their standard-issue knives against British Army officers, including Lieutenant Conrad Oxford (Harris Dickinson), while serving in the trenches during the Great War.

Modeled from real-world weaponry used exclusively by Imperial German soldiers during World War I, this ornately detailed knife features a full tang with a black wooden ribbed hilt secured by two pins, as well as a single-edged dagger blade engraved with an Imperial German proof mark and "Gottlieb Hammesfahr Solingen-Foche" above the ricasso. Also included is a metal sheath with a brown leather snap-button closure. The lot exhibits some grime and rusting from use and age. Dimensions: (sheathed) 11.5" x 2" x 1" (29.25 cm x 5 cm x 2.5 cm)

Blade was dulled by production.
