An alien design bust maquette from Garth Jennings' The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. To rescue Tricia "Trillian" McMillan (Zooey Deschanel), Arthur Dent (Martin Freeman) and the others mounted a rescue effort that took them to a waiting room with other aliens. Production created maquettes such as this as design references for the characters.

This maquette consists of a hand-painted plaster alien bust on a wood display with a metal core. This lot exhibits pitting from the curing process, scuffed paint, and mild discoloration. Dimensions: 5" x 5" x 11" (12.75 cm x 12.75 cm x 28 cm)
