Gerard McMurray's personal draft script with both printed and hand-drawn storyboard pages for The First Purge. The script for the prequel was originally written in early pre-production by The Purge series creator James DeMonaco under the subtitle "American Experiment."
This lot consists of a 105-page script watermarked throughout for McMurray and dated "Aug 15, 2017"; 12 hand-drawn storyboard pages for two scenes in the film rendered in graphite on illustration paper; five production-printed color storyboard pages by artist Juan Sanchez; and one SFX stunt set plan featuring handwritten notes in pencil and pink marker. The storyboard pages exhibit crinkling and edge wear from age and handling and the set plan exhibits fold creases from production use. Dimensions: 12.5" x 9" x 1.5" (31.25 cm x 23 cm x 4 cm)
