Batman's cowl from The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises. Batman wore his cowl while fighting back against The Joker's mission to spread chaos throughout Gotham City and later against Bane's forces.

Designed to be more practical than previous Batman cowls, this cowl is the first in the modern Batman film franchise to be separate from the neck and shoulders, allowing Batman to turn his head more freely. This cowl is made of black urethane and features a smooth finish, a sculpted brow above the wide-set eye holes, a pointed nose with nostril holes, and an open mouth hole. The inside is marked "2." The cowl exhibits some wear to the finish, including scuffing.
