Made from a polyester blend, the shirt is based on a navy blue police uniform, with an official label stitched to the bottom. The shirt has a full-front zip and a Velcro side seam for easy dressing, two pockets and epaulettes. It features 17 foam latex ‘bullet wounds' finished in faux-silver paint on the front and back, designed to replicate bullet hits received by the T-1000's liquid metal body. The sleeves of the garment were removed to allow for the antagonist's claw arms during the scene. Age and production use are evident on the shirt, including some deterioration of the foam latex, paint chips and minor stains.
