A display of a Leonardo (Mark Caso) head skin from the production of Stuart Gillard's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III. For the third film in the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle trilogy, Eric Allard's All Effects Company took over the creation of the animatronic turtle suits, giving them a unique appearance that differed slightly from those created by Jim Henson's Creature Shop for the first two films.

This foam latex head skin, which originated from All Effects Company's auction with auctioneer Coulter & Associates, was created for production but ultimately unused in the final cut. It is painted in the turtles' signature green with such details as dark green spots, a zipper at the back of the head, and a blue fabric mask, all of which has been carefully mounted over a black foam head form to preserve the skin's shape and attached to a black metal rod and black wooden display stand.
