In his efforts to stop a terrorist with a bomb, Joe Smith (Trey Parker) launched a rocket at the terrorist but ultimately missed and hit the Eiffel Tower. Terrorist leader Chechen (Phil Hendrie) met with North Korean leader Kim Jong Il (Trey Parker) in Kim's meeting room which he ornately decorated with dragons and images of himself. As terrorist attacks grew, tourists and locals were drowned in the Panama Canal by Chechen and his terrorists in retaliation for Team America's mission in Cairo. Kim Jong Il later sent out fighter jets against Team America to combat mid-air. The damage on the Korean fighter is consistent with pyrotechnic use, and lent itself to the scene where two fighters collided with each other during the dogfight with Team America.
