This group comprises two complete sets of eight lobby cards from the popular 1930s adventure serial starring Buster Crabbe, each set including a title lobby card and seven scene cards. All sixteen cards are unrestored and may display border wear with creases, smudges, and edge tears and edge wear, with one card from Chapter 2 displaying a larger diagonal lower corner crease. The set from Chapter 12 is in overall better condition, and the grade shown is an average of the two sets.
"Tarzan the Fearless" is a 12-chapter pre-Code serial starring Buster Crabbe in his only Tarzan role, also released as a 61-minute feature from the first four chapters. Co-starring Jacqueline Wells (later Julie Bishop), both versions premiered on August 11, 1933.
