This action-packed one sheet is from Chapter 3, "Thundering Death," of the 12-chapter adventure serial featuring Buster Crabbe as Tarzan. This poster, a beautiful stone lithograph, was professionally linen-backed with very minor touch-up to the folds to address general wear, while the borders were airbrushed to address small edge tears, fold separation, and small chips. The jungle animal-themed imagery is outstanding, and the linen has been trimmed to the edges of the poster.
"Tarzan the Fearless" is a 12-chapter pre-Code serial starring Buster Crabbe in his only Tarzan role, also released as a 61-minute feature from the first four chapters. Co-starring Jacqueline Wells (later Julie Bishop), both versions premiered on August 11, 1933.
