This promo item was sent out to members of the Hollywood Foreign Press to coincide with the 2006 release of the film Rocky Balboa. It consists of a framed set of two card-sized photos of Sylvester Stallone as Rocky Balboa, one from the original Rocky (1976) and the other from the sixth film. Housed in between is a postcard with the words "Forty Years in the Circle of Life…I thank you for the honor." Stallone personally autographs the postcard in black Sharpie, and the piece is numbered 36/100 in pencil in the bottom right corner.

Both the two pictures and postcard are clean and unblemished, and the frame and glass are in untouched mint condition as well. The autograph is authenticated and includes an additional COA from Beckett Authentication Services.

One of the world's foremost superstars, Sylvester Stallone, was a struggling actor when he first came to the attention of the movie-going public with his performance in The Lords of Flatbush (1974). It wasn't until 1976, however, that Stallone shot to the heights of stardom with the release of Rocky, for which he not only appeared in the title role but wrote the screenplay as well. An instant sensation, the film rocketed to the top of the box office, not only earning $225 million worldwide (against a budget of $1 million) but becoming the top-grossing film of 1976.
