Lex Luthor's (Gene Hackman) return to prison shirt from Sidney J. Furie's Superman IV: The Quest for Peace. Luthor - Superman's (Christopher Reeve) archnemesis - wore his striped button-up shirt beneath his coat when Superman swooped down and picked up the car that Luthor and his nephew Lenny (Jon Cryer) were making their escape in, returning Lex to prison.

This striped cotton blend button-up shirt, which originated from Angels, features a Bermans & Nathans costumiers tag hand-marked "17" as well as an additional tag marked "PA216." It was previously displayed in Room 3548 of Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino Las Vegas. The shirt exhibits pulled threads from handling.
