Harley Quinn's stunt burnt "Daddy's Lil Monster" costume from Suicide Squad. Before going on their mission, Harley Quinn and the rest of the Suicide Squad were allowed to change into their own clothes, which continually got more damaged throughout the film.

This costume consists of a heavily-distressed shirt reading "Daddy's Lil Monster," which has been intentionally torn apart and crudely re-sewn together by production with running red dye on the shoulders and sleeves, blue dye messily sprayed on the left sleeve, and production-applied black scorch marks, stains, and additional tearing throughout; a pair of red and blue sequined briefs, and an attached pair of black mesh leggings. The shirt, which has been given additional distressing by production in the form of more tearing and black scorch marks throughout, is hand-marked "Stunt E" and the briefs "H." They exhibit additional signs of wear, including staining and missing sequins.
