An SFX E-Pulse 44 rifle from Phil Tippett’s science fiction action sequel Starship Troopers 2: Hero of the Federation. Members of the Mobile Infantry are seen throughout the film using this style of rifle to battle Bugs. Phil Tippett directed and produced this sequel to the 1997 science fiction cult classic Starship Troopers.

This rifle is produced from vacuformed plastic combined with resin components. Painted grey and black, the body of the gun also features the words ‘THE STRONG DO AS THEY WILL THE WEAK..WHAT THEY MUST’ and ‘069’ written on it in marker. Completing the rifle’s look is a strap which attached to the body and a weathered piece of cloth wrapped around the stock. A metal door is fastened into the top portion of the rifle and reveals a rechargeable battery when removed. This battery powers electronics that cause a light at the barrel of the rifle to illuminate with trigger depression.

These electronics have not been tested and it is unknown if they are still functional. Showing some signs of wear from production use, this rifle is in overall good condition. Dimensions: 39” x 12” x 9” (99 cm x 30.5 cm x 23 cm)
