Trooper boots from Paul Verhoeven’s science fiction action film Starship Troopers. Countless troopers from the mobile infantry are seen throughout the film fighting the Arachnids. Phil Tippett is credited as Creature Visual Effects Supervisor for the film.Tippett was nominated for Best Visual Effects for his work on this film at the 70th Academy Awards^®.

Each boot (size 12) is a modified Adidas shoe that has been changed to match the appearance of the Mobile Infantry’s uniform. Silver fabric and grey suede leather are attached to the top of the shoe in order to give a more it an appearance which resembles a boot. Straps are present in order to secure the modified parts around the wearer’s leg.

These boots show minimal signs of wear, including a missing buckle on the right boot, and remain in overall great condition.
