A large 1:18 scale scale TAC Fighter model miniature from Paul Verhoeven's Starship Troopers. TAC Fighters, the standard attack vessels of the SICON Fleet, were used both in the air and in space in the war against the Arachnids.

A uniquely-entertaining combination of sci-fi action and political satire that has earned the film a cult following in the decades since its release, Starship Troopers was nominated for Best Visual Effects at the 70th Academy Awards®.

This resin 1:18 scale model is painted grey and lightly distressed to resemble metal with red striping and blue and green embellishments. It features detailed guns and jet turbines, clear acrylic cockpit windows, and two pilot figures, as well as a threaded mounting point on the underside for operating during filming. Following production, a reproduction of one of the back engines was added by master modelmaker Ed Miarecki after the original had been lost. The miniature exhibits minor wear from production, including scuffing to its grey finish throughout. Dimensions: 71.25 cm x 96.75 cm x 20.5 cm (28" x 38" x 8")
