An Ori staff weapon from the acclaimed sci-fi TV series Stargate SG-1 (1997-2007).

Soldiers of the Ori army wielded staff weapons like this as they pursued their crusade of converting or destroying non-believers in the Milky Way galaxy. Staff weapons fire a small bolt of energy from their pronged heads, which can kill most humans with a single hit. This weapon features a two-pronged forked metal-plated resin tip with a purple acrylic crystal set in between. Two sections create the long-tapered staff with a brown leather grip wrapped below the point they join. The top section is made from silver-painted cast resin and displays tribal-style carvings, whilst the bottom half of the stem is made from wood which has been painted silver with textured brushstrokes to imitate sanded metal.

This staff exhibits minor wear from production use, including nicks to the pronged tip, scuffs, and small paint marks on the wooden stem. Otherwise, it remains in excellent overall condition.
