An original 1975 printed storyboard from the production of George Lucas’ 1977 Star Wars: A New Hope.

This storyboard was originally drawn in 1975 by storyboard artist and illustrator Ivor Beddoes, best known for working on Black Narcissus and Superman and his work on A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back during his latter years before his death in 1981. Copied by production and printed on cream paper for distribution during pre-production of the first Star Wars film, this storyboard sketch depicts Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher) holding her blaster. It is presented in a custom-made display featuring the film's original title, ‘The Star Wars’, and logo designed by Ralph McQuarrie. It remains in excellent condition.
