The Ewok village speech handwritten by Ben Burtt from the production of Richard Marquand's Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. C-3PO (Anthony Daniels) famously regaled the Ewoks with tales of him and his friend's adventures. The page has the speech written out by Academy Award®-winning sound designer Ben Burtt in black ink, with several annotations by Anthony Daniels in blue ink. Some of Burtt's writing has been crossed out. Dialogue was written for Daniels during the process of recording ADR (automated dialogue replacement). Dimensions: 13" x 8" (33 cm x 20.5 cm)
This lot comes from the personal collection of actor Anthony Daniels. Daniels plays loyal protocol droid C-3PO in the Star Wars saga. He first appeared in the role in 1977 and is the only actor to appear in all Star Wars feature films to date.
