For the third chapter of the original Star Wars trilogy Japan took the creative lead and produced a number of distinctive posters to accompany the 1983 release of Star Wars: Episode V – Return of the Jedi. Two were pure art, whilst the others were a superb series of photomontage posters. Offered here is an incredibly rare quad style landscape B1 Japanese film poster that features a magnificent combination of photographs. The photographic images highlight the main characters and key scenes with the Death Star, Darth Vader, and a Star Destroyer, all prominent in this uncommon landscape large format.

Condition: Very Good

Unrestored, rolled (as issued). Light handling wear and age wear in form of a number of scattered surface crinkles and soft creases.
