A First Order stormtrooper statue made for the promotion of J.J. Abrams 2015 Star Wars film The Force Awakens. In the film, three decades have passed since the defeat of the Empire, but the militant First Order now threaten the security of the galaxy. Finn (John Boyega), a defected stormtrooper, and Rey (Daisy Ridley), a scavenger, get caught up in the Resistance’s search for the missing Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill).

Statues like these were specifically created for use at various cinema events and functions to promote the theatrical release of the film in December 2015. It is made of predominantly of resin and fiberglass and hand painted to look as close to the real thing as possible. The stormtrooper’s pose is fixed but the gun can be removed. The statue stands on a black base.

There is some wear from use, including some small chips to the paintwork, most notably on the chest and right forearm. The statue remains in an otherwise excellent condition.
