A production-used call sheet from the production of the second of the original Star Wars trilogy, Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back.

Used by cast and crew for organisational purposes, this call sheet is marked with the film's production company "Chapter II Productions", as Empire was originally known as Episode II, and was issued for Wednesday 1st August 1979. Detailing an array of information regarding the day's shoot, this document relates to the shooting of scenes where Captain Needa sends a hologram to inform Darth Vader of the Millennium Falcons status.

The call sheet displays call times for Michael Culver and nine extras who play 'Vader captains'. Further details include requirements for props, editorial and catering.
