A replica of Darth Vader's (David Prowse) lightsaber hilt as seen in George Lucas' Star Wars: A New Hope. Vader wielded his signature lightsaber in his climactic duel with Obi-Wan Kenobi (Alec Guinness).

Many of the props in the original Star Wars trilogy, particularly blasters and lightsaber hilts, were created using found objects creatively combined together. This replica is also assembled from real-world components, including the metal handle of a Micro Precision Products (MPP) 3-cell microflash, with an original MPP clamp and replica shroud, attached black plastic T-track segments as grips, and a switch plate made from a calculator display. Of note, the red LED in the clamp is one of two Vader saber variations seen in the film. The finish exhibits some scratching from the age of the components the lightsaber is built from. Dimensions: 11" x 2.5" x 2.5" (28 cm x 6.5 cm x 6.5 cm)
