Featuring one of the most recognizable images from the film campaign, this insert is rolled in excellent condition with two very light horizontal creases just above the bottom border, which are difficult to see, and several tiny stains in the bottom border itself.

George Lucas conceived "Star Wars" after "THX 1138" (1971) and developed it following "American Graffiti" (1973). Filming began in March 1976 in Tunisia and England, with Lucas founding Industrial Light & Magic for the visual effects. Despite going $3 million over budget and doubts from cast and crew, the film became one of the most influential ever, launching a global pop culture phenomenon with novels, comics, games, merchandise, and theme park attractions.
