A back-up USS Voyager dedication plaque from the production of the television series Star Trek: Voyager. In the Season 6 episode "Equinox, Part II," after Captain Janeway (Kate Mulgrew) found the Voyager's dedication plaque amongst the rubble on the damaged bridge, Chakotay (Robert Beltran) suggested it go back to its original place.

Created by production as a back-up for the version used onscreen, this hand-painted and etched polymer plaque displays the name of the ship, its class, the shipyard of origin, and the ship's official motto "For I dipt into the future, far as human eye could see; Saw the Vision of the World, and all the wonder that would be. . ." by English poet Alfred, Lord Tennyson. It also features a lot of notable Starfleet officers, which consists of notable production staff members and Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry listed as "Chief of Staff." The back remains unfinished. This lot exhibits mild chipping on the edges. Dimensions: 14" x 10" x 0.25" (35.5 cm x 25.5 cm x 0.75 cm)
