A Gomtuu "Tin Man" starship model miniature from the television series Star Trek: The Next Generation. In the Season 3, Episode 20 "Tin Man," the Enterprise-D brought Betazoid Federation emissary Tam Elbrun (Harry Groener) to a sentient alien spaceship, codenamed "Tin Man," to get it away from a star about to go supernova that was also located in Romulan space.

The episode's spec script was written by Dennis Putman Bailey and David Bischoff based on their short story and subsequent novel, Tin Woodman. During Season 2, production wanted "bottle episodes," or episodes where the story was contained to that episode, which allowed it to be filmed with limited setting, cast, and effects. This model miniature was based on Richard D. James' vision with design by Rick Sternbach, and built by Greg Jein to resemble a peach pit. Its appearance was inspired by and is a homage to the thermal pods in The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension.

This pear-shaped ship is made of resin and fiberglass with scale-like detailing and a hole drilled through the bottom by production for mounting. Painted in shades of yellow, orange, brown, and white, this ship features vent-like greebles throughout. Production intentionally added flock along the scale seams to give the spaceship a more organic appearance. Also included is a display stand. This lot exhibits pitting from the curing process, cracks, and chipped resin. Dimensions: 30" x 17.75" x 12" (76.25 cm x 45 cm x 30.5 cm)
