Dr. Leonard McCoy's (DeForest Kelley) uniform from Robert Wise's sci-fi film Star Trek: The Motion Picture. McCoy wore his uniform while onboard the newly refitted USS Enterprise.

This two-piece uniform consists of a grey panelled tunic and matching grey trousers and grey shoes. The tunic has a silver-and-green Starfleet insignia patch on the left chest as well as replicas of gold-colour Original Series rank braids added to its cuffs after production for display. The tunic has a vacuum-formed plastic "life support" device attached to its front and features a Western Costume label with production numbers and "DeForest Kelly [sic]" printed on it. The trousers have "DeForest Kelley" handwritten in the waistband. The shoes are a pair of black trainers glued into the same grey material as the rest of the uniform.

Costume designer Robert Fletcher designed the uniforms differently to those seen in Star Trek: The Original Series, with the aim of making them better and more believable for the big screen. A Paramount Pictures certificate of authenticity accompanies the costume.
