A visual effects binder with a screenplay and crew gifts from Robert Wise's Star Trek: The Motion Picture. Admiral James T. Kirk and the crew of the USS Enterprise intercepted an alien spacecraft before it approached Earth.

This lot consists of a green vinyl binder featuring 117 pages of production notes with printed and handwritten annotations with two tabs labeled "Effects" and "Shoot Sched." and a 167-page script with various revisions on printed color paper with handwritten annotations; and one metal Starfleet delta insignia charm engraved "Star Trek Sheila Dehner 1977-78" in a gold-color box labeled "Sheila Dehner" with a Christmas tag and a handwritten note by Bob Wise. This lot exhibits discoloration and grime. Dimensions: (binder) 11" x 11.5" x 2" (28 cm x 29.25 x 5 cm)

Additional Provenance: Two Letters of Authenticity signed by Sheila Dehner, production coordinator for special effects company Robert Abel and Associates.
