Leonard "Bones" McCoy's (DeForest Kelley) costume from Robert Wise's sci-fi film Star Trek: The Motion Picture. Though the jacket did not ultimately appear in the final cut of the film, Bones wore his trousers throughout.

The costume consists of a pair of grey trousers, with attached shoes, a black zip-up vest, a matching grey wraparound tunic, and a pair of epaulettes. The tunic features wide, three-quarter length sleeves, and a metal Starfleet badge attached at the waist where the tunic fastens through the use of fastening strips and an inner waist tie. Western Costume Company tags attached to the jacket and trousers read "Kelly De Forest [sic]" and "Kelly De Frost [sic]" in typed lettering. Both the jacket and trousers exhibit small holes and some staining, and the zip on the trousers has broken.
