Spock's (Leonard Nimoy) ear appliances from Robert Wise's Star Trek: The Motion Picture. Spock, who was half-Vulcan, had pointed ears that were an iconic characteristic of his character. This lot consists of a pair of foam latex pointed ear tips, painted beige to match Nimoy's skin tone. They exhibit wear from use and age, including paint chipping and tearing along the edges from where they were removed from the performer. They remain fragile and should be handled with caution.

Additional Provenance: Letter of Authenticity from Jack Townsend, then-president of the Walter Koenig Fan Club, detailing him acquiring the ears during a visit to the set during the production of the film.
