A production-made Klingon cowl appliance from J.J. Abrams’ 2013 science-fiction spectacular, Star Trek Into Darkness. The film follows Captain James Kirk (Chris Pine) and the crew of the USS Enterprise as they face-off against a traitor in their ranks.
The Klingons are seen confronting Uhura (Zoe Saldana), who warns them about a criminal hiding in their ruins. The appliance is made of foam latex and features sculpted ridges along the forehead and back of the neck. The appliance is finished in a light orange shade to act as a base for their signature copper skin seen in the film.
The appliance shows some tearing along the edges as well as other signs of wear from production and age, but the piece remains in great overall condition.
