Lieutenant Uhura's Enterprise operations uniform from Star Trek Into Darkness. Uhura wore her operations uniform while aboard the Enterprise. The costume consists of a dress (approximate size extra small), an undershirt (approximate size extra small), a set of earrings, and a pair of boots (marked U.S. size 7.5).

Made specifically for the sequel, the red dress is made of Spandex and features a printed optical repeat Starfleet insignia pattern. The dress has piping around the collar, a hidden zipper at the left shoulder and features a metal Starfleet operations insignia on the left breast. The undershirt consists of a black polyester turtleneck leotard. Uhura's red drop earrings feature wire hooks. Also included is a pair of Uhura's black leather boots with rubber soles. The insignia is the proper type for the costume; it was used in the production but not specifically by this character.

The costume features hand-written wardrobe labels in the dress and undershirt marked "Uhura 2" and "Uhura". Also included is a wardrobe tag with hand-written notes about the costume.
